There was a time when young people, wanting to work, had a simple agenda: To earn money to start building a life of their own, and to gain experience to build a career.
Sadly, today, many are woke. They join a company with a political agenda, even to the detriment of their employer. What they learned in college was that if they complain enough, yell loud enough, and even threaten enough, they will get their way.
No employer wants such employees and no employer can afford such employees. The loss in productivity, the drop in morale, and the strain on HR, is just not worth it.
The solution: Hire people who actually want to work. Hire people who actually have a work ethic. Seniors and retirees, want to work. They are still vital and vibrant and have much to contribute. Their agenda is to feel useful, to end their boredom, and to earn the money they need because, when they were planning for their retirement, they were not counting on the current economy.
This service was launched at the end of April, 2023. So come back early and often to see a list of seniors looking to work. Over time, the list will grow. There is no charge for seniors to register. If an employer hires someone, there is a simple flat fee of $500. (The fee includes a Zoom interview with the candidate, for the specific position, along with the submission of their resume. No guarantee is offered to the employer.)
