The reason I offer a six-month guarantee is that I believe in my process. Our candidates remain on the job! Why? Because I don't just focus on qualifications, I stress the importance of culture. If necessary, I assist my clients with the creation of job descriptions. If the client already has completed the job description, I will review it to make certain that I understand not just who the client is looking to hire, but also what they are looking for. Every company and non-profit has a culture. I only submit candidates who I believe fit that culture. Once the job description is finalized I will immediately search my resume data base and approach my professional and personal networks (in excess of 55,000 individuals) to locate candidates. I will review resumes and invite qualified candidates for an interview. Candidates are interviewed over Zoom.
If the client likes the candidate, I will arrange an interview. At the request of the client, I will check references, report back to the client and, if they decide to make an offer, I will assist with negotiations.
The specific services I provide are:
Fees and Guarantee
The fee for executive recruiting services is 15% of the candidates first year base salary, dropping to 10% if the candidate is a veteran of the US Armed Forces or a first responder. A $3,000 retainer, which will be deducted from the final payment, is required on the signing of a contract. There are no additional fees for the above services. Pre-approved additional fees will be charged for such things as out-of-area travel and background checks.
I provide a six-month guarantee that if for any reason a placement does not work out I will conduct a replacement search at no additional charge.

And unlike companies that use Applicant Tracking Systems, I will inform you of “special candidates” who, although not necessarily a match for the position you are seeking to fill, may be someone you want working for you and not your competitor!

Option A is for unlimited searches and resume reviews for one, three or six months. If you have a large number of positions you’re looking to fill, this may be the best option for you.
Option B provides for a maximum number of resumes. If you only have a few positions open, this may be the better option.
